These are exciting times for IMSA Search Global Partners. At the recent annual gathering of its Managing Partners – once again on Zoom due to Covid concerns – IMSA Search President Monika Ciesielska shared the many accomplishments of its international team of senior executive search consultants from around the globe.
Newly Elected Board of Executive Search Excellence and Expertise
Elections held at the annual meeting resulted in a diverse and cohesive international board. Monika Ciesielska, IMSA Poland Managing Partner, was reelected IMSA Search President, and the following members were affirmed in Board positions: China’s Jerry Chang – Head of AI & New Technologies; Norway’s Stig-Rune Reese – Head of IMSA Assessment Center of Excellence; USA’s Mitchell Berger – Head of Marketing & Public Relations; Denmark’s Jens Christian Jensen – CFO; and Italy’s Marianna Carbonari – Head of Global Practice Groups. Collectively, IMSA Board members bring decades of worldwide managerial, entrepreneurial, and executive search experience and expertise across a broad range of industries and practice areas.
New Regional Roles Further Strengthens IMSA Reach
With an eye toward further growth, IMSA has added the role of Regional Vice President in four regions: David Nirenberg in the Americas (Canada, US, Brazil, Chile, Mexico), Jerry Chang in Asia & Pacific (China, India, Japan), Olga Selivanova-Shoff in Europe (Austria, Germany, UK, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Czechia, Poland, Romania, Russia), and Achraf Iraqi in SEMEA (Morocco, UAE, Mauritius, Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, Switzerland). These leaders will facilitate communication amongst all the search experts within their geographic regions, fostering teamwork and collaboration, and driving regional business development. This new strategic focus will leverage IMSA’s internal talent and further enhance the already-strong regional expertise.

IMSA Recognized Among Top Global Executive Search Firms
Once again IMSA Search has been recognized by Hunt Scanlon in its GLOBAL 40 annual ranking of top global recruiting firms for the third year in a row. Each year Hunt Scanlon Media reviews and analyzes, in their words, “an exhaustive list of global recruiting providers, culled down to the top 40 global talent providers that now dominate the recruiting business worldwide.”
