We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to provide temporary support on a high-profile industrial project. You will work in a dynamic environment where accuracy, communication, and collaboration are essential. This mission is well-suited for a freelancer or self-employed professional with a background in contract management for large-scale industrial assignments.

You will assist the project team with:

• Preparing and managing contract variations
• Reviewing and analyzing contractual documentation
• Drafting formal letters to the client and correspondence with the Owner’s Agents (OAs)
• Tracking obligations, milestones, and deadlines
• Identifying risks and opportunities within the contractual framework

Your Profile

• Proven experience as a Contract Manager or in a similar role within construction or industrial projects
• Skilled in drafting variations and formal communications
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and communicative
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Available at short notice for a part-time engagement
