As a Quality Manager, you will ensure continuous improvement of quality within production. You will develop and implement a preventive quality plan with targeted controls and structural improvements. In case of complaints, you will lead root cause analyses and define corrective actions to address issues in a sustainable way.

Your responsibilities include:

• Quality Management & Certification – Managing the quality manual, ensuring robust processes, and striving for the highest IFS and BRC certification levels.
• Product Compliance – Making decisions on non-conforming products and conducting supplier risk analyses.
• Hygiene & Food Safety – Organizing allergen policies, HACCP training, and overseeing cleaning and pest control.
• Continuous Improvement – Analyzing quality results and adjusting processes where necessary.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration – Managing a team of three Quality Controllers and working closely with production, technicians, sales, and R&D.

• Minimum five years of experience as a quality manager in the food industry, with expertise in IFS or BRC.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong planning, structured approach, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proven leadership and team motivation skills.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in French and English, Dutch is a plus.
